In Greece, most dinners end with a refreshing bowl of yogurt.

Ingredients

  • halal yogurt
  • honey

Step 1

The yogurt must be very thick with the consistency of Greek yogurt or labneh. If it is not, place a piece of cheesecloth (available at the supermarket) in a strainer, add the yogurt, and set in the refrigerator for several hours to release its whey (water).

Step 2

Spoon the yogurt into a bowl and drizzle honey over the top.

Variation

Add chopped walnuts.
