Heat a medium saucepan on medium heat. Add the halal ground meat, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper and combine until the meat is completely browned.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked meat, avocado, tomato, peppers, black beans, halal cheddar cheese, black olives, and dressing. Toss the ingredients together and when ready to serve, crush tortilla chips onto the taco salad.
