Sparkling Pomegranate and Mint Cooler

Blend pomegranate seeds with water; strain mixture into pitcher. Discard remaining seeds.
Stir in pomegranate juice and simple syrup.
Thinly slice 10 to 15 mint leaves; add to mixture.
Stir in sparkling lemonade.
Serve over ice; garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
