Ingredients

  • 1 ciabatta bread loaf, sliced in half
  • 3 ounces imitation crab meat (pollack fish)
  • 1 tablespoon low-fat honey mustard
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon artichoke hummus
  • ½ cup fresh baby spinach
  • ½ cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 ounce Cabot Pepper Jack Light Cheese

Step 1

In a small mixing bowl, combine the crab meat with honey mustard and black pepper. Set aside.

Step 2

Spread hummus on sliced bread.

Step 3

Add fresh spinach and sprouts. Top with crab and sliced cheese.
