Combine all the ingredients, except for the flour and oil, in a large bowl.
Roll the mixture into small balls (a little smaller than a walnut).
Dust with flour.
Heat oil in a sauté pan.
Fry the meatballs until cooked throughout.
Serve warm and without sauce.
Add to your favorite tomato sauce.
You may substitute 1 pound halal ground beef with a mixture of ½ pound halal ground lamb and ½ pound halal ground beef.
