Preparation Time: 5 minutes | Cooking Time: 20-25 minutes
Boil eggs for twenty to twenty-five minutes.
Rinse eggs under cold water to remove shell easily.
Put peeled hard-boiled eggs in a mixing bowl.
Add mayo and mash eggs until this mix is nice and smooth.
Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Spread lavishly on the bread, add garnish and serve
