Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes, divided
  • 1 cup pitted dates, soaked and drained
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey

Step 1

Combine the almonds, cocoa powder, and half of the shredded coconut in a food processor. Process into a fine powder.

Step 2

Add in the soaked dates, coconut oil, and honey. Pulse until a dough-like consistency forms.

Step 3

Roll dough into small bite-sized balls. Roll the balls in the remaining coconut flakes to coat.

Notes

Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
