Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz. can vegetarian refried beans
  • 1 16 oz. tub sour cream
  • 1 tsp. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 16 oz. jar salsa
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ¾ cup chopped green onions
  • 1 2.25 oz can sliced black olives
  • tortilla chips

Step 1

In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup sour cream and refried beans.

Step 2

Add taco seasoning into mixture.

Step 3

In a large, deep serving dish, spread mixture as bottom layer of dip.

Step 4

Spread remaining sour cream evenly over mixture.

Step 5

Pour salsa as 3rd layer and spread.

Step 6

Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly.

Step 7

Next, cover with lettuce.

Step 8

Spread tomatoes over the lettuce.

Step 9

Add green onions as 7th layer.

Step 10

Top off and decorate with desired amount of olives (drained).

Step 11

Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

Serve with tortilla chips or use as a filling inside a taco.
