IFANCA® Certifies Maple Lodge Farms

As of November 1, 2013, Maple Lodge Farms products are halal certified by IFANCA. Maple Lodge Farms, based in Brampton, Ontario, is Canada’s largest independent family-owned chicken processor. They produce fresh poultry products as well as processed products.
Maple Lodge Farms production continues to be supervised machine slaughter; however, we have made further improvements in the process to ensure adequate coverage for proper machine slaughtered Zabiha Halal product.
Maple Lodge Farms selected IFANCA due to our global recognition and the trust consumers place in the Crescent-M halal certification mark which will be displayed on all Maple Lodge Farms packaging.
