Can IFANCA refuse to grant a halal certificate?

IFANCA may refuse a halal certification application or refuse to issue a document verifying compliance with the halal requirements if:

1. The client either neglects, or falls short in adhering to the prescribed halal requirements, standards, or Islamic law.
2. The client has not fulfilled their obligations as stipulated in the halal certification agreement.
