At Donald E. Stephens Convention Center 5555 N. River Road, Rosemont, IL

Assalam-o-Alaikum & Eid Mubarak!

The Eid Milan Festival Committee is pleased to announce a community event in which Pakistani and Indian Muslim families would come together to celebrate Eid and form new ties of friendship. This grand Eid Milan Fest will be held at the Donald E. Stephens Convention center with the capacity of holding thousands of attendees. We are anticipating several thousand Pakistani and Indian Muslims and their friends to participate. We are working with URDU/Pakistani TV channels, ARY Digital and GEO to broadcast the event throughout North America. Famous Pakistani and Indian artists along with Pakistani and American dignitaries will also grace this event of fun, food, music, a world class fashion show, Neelam Ghar Quiz Contest, and other activities. Hundreds of free gifts and prizes will be awarded. Above all, this event will be a cultural union of families in our community.

The Eid Milan Fest will also have commercial stalls by local merchants such as jewelry, boutiques, sweet shops, choorian (bangles), mehndi (henna tattoo), book stores, retail stores, service businesses such as travel agents, realtors, mortgage bankers, auto dealers, insurance companies and NGOs. The merchants will greet the community to celebrate this memorable event with the Muslim community living in the greater Chicago area.

Advertisement opportunities are available in the form of event theme, banners inside the ballroom, or slide by the stage. This will provide an excellent marketing opportunity for businesses, organizations and NGOs. A limited number of stalls, banners and advertisement slides are available for sale on first come first serve basis.
