As the blessed month of Ramadan nears the end and the Blessed Eid-ul-Fitr arrives, we raise our voices in Takbir: ALLAHu Akbar, ALLAHu Akbar, ALLAHu Akbar, La Ilaha Illal-lah, WALLAHu Akbar, ALLAHu Akbar Wa Lillahil-hamd.

IFANCA wishes everyone Eid Mubarak. May ALLAH, Subhanahu wa ta’ala, accept our fasting and night salat, may we all be among those who have been blessed with Paradise and may HE shower HIS Mercy and blessings upon us all throughout the year.

Eid-Ul-Fitr is the holiday that follows the blessed month of Ramadan and falls on the 1st day of Shawwal, the 10th month in the Hijra (Islamic) calendar. As with all months in the Hijra calendar, it begins with the sighting of the new moon. It commemorates both a joyous holiday and some sadness due to the end of the blessed month of Ramadan.
