The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Coordinate activities of Customer Service Department
2. Understand halal application process, contract and other requirement
3. Review application from the customer for halal certification
4. Respond to customer inquiries, prepare contracts and riders
5. Improve customer service experience, engage customers and facilitate organic growth
6. Develop service procedures, policies, and standards
7. Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
8. Seek and acquire new competencies, work methods, ideas, and information that will improve own efficiency and effectiveness on the job.
9. Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
10. Coordinate and evaluate activities of Customer Service Associates and provide their performance feedback to the Director
11. Evaluate corrective action plans for compliance and implementation as assigned by the Director
12. Cooperate and collaborate with other departments in identifying opportunities to improve the overall performance of the organization
13. Actively communicate with the Director of Customer Service
14. Investigate and solve customer complaints
15. Prepare reports pertaining to department activities
16. Diligently attend to details and pursue quality in accomplishing tasks
17. Assist Director of Customer Service in organizing training for Customer Service employees to improve overall performance
